About
Botania is a magic mod that refuses to look like a magic mod. There are no spellbooks, no GUIs, no FE bars. Power is mana generated by special flowers, distributed through beam-conducting items, and spent on devices that automate farming, mining, building, and combat. Every progression milestone comes from interacting with the world, not menus. It pairs surprisingly well with tech mods — many Botania devices accept Forge Energy and some Create kinetic input, making cross-mod builds elegant. A staple of "kitchen-sink" modpacks from 1.7 onwards.
